With a background in quantity surveying in the private sector, Luke has spent the early years of his career working within consultancy firms, delivering projects with precision, financial insight, and a strong focus on people. Luke’s work has given him first-hand experience in managing complex challenges, negotiating outcomes, and providing solutions that balance both cost and value — all skills that he now brings into his new venture with purpose.

But beyond his professional expertise, Luke’s drive to launch this business is deeply personal. A close family member of his experienced domestic abuse and witnessing the profound impact it has on individuals and families sparked a calling in him to do more. He believes that education, empowerment, and open conversations can lead to real change — not just for those directly affected, but for workplaces, communities, and society.

As an entrepreneur, Luke has always been passionate about creating opportunities and building meaningful solutions. Outside of work, Luke takes great pleasure from making new connections through sports. Having played multiple sports all through his life he sees it as a great way to escape any challenges that the world throws at you. However, Luke has seen the dark and lonely side of sport through huge injuries and recovery setbacks, but he believes this has created an extremely determined side to him that is now one of his most transferable skills.
