Founded in 2025, RL Associates seeks to support employers and organisations to combat Domestic Abuse (DA) through the workplace.
Through developing, delivering and evaluating a range of innovative approaches, we equip organisations to better support their workforce / students/ users effectively and compassionately. With strong values centred around equity, fairness and respect, we use lived experience, knowledge, practical skills and evidence as the foundation for our practice.
We believe that the best way to tackle this growing epidemic, is to make systemic changes, through strategies, polices, practice and supporting organisational change, whilst providing a range of support mechanisms for individuals experiencing DA. Addressing this issue within the workplace is not only the right thing to do but is also good for business. RL Associates have a model to demonstrate the business outputs and outcomes, because when people are thriving , your business will also thrive.
With packages developed for both corporate clients and for educations settings (such as universities), as well as a tailor-made offer, RL Associates has something to suit all organisations, that want to be trailblazers in this space.
